ECOMFBA provides an online educational course covering Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) business strategies. The course includes:

• All future updates and additions to the course content

Course content is provided for educational purposes only. We reserve the right to update, modify, or enhance course materials at any time to improve quality and relevance.

3. Eligibility

To purchase and access our course, you must:

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our course content, all sales are generally considered final once access has been granted. We do not offer automatic refunds once you have been given access to the course materials.

However, we are committed to your success and satisfaction. If you experience a genuine issue — such as a technical problem preventing access — please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the matter fairly.

6. Access & Licence

Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the course content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

• Access is granted to one individual per purchase — accounts may not be shared
• You receive lifetime access to the course content, including future updates
• Access may be revoked if these terms are violated
• You may not resell, sublicence, or otherwise distribute course content

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the ECOMFBA course — including but not limited to videos, written materials, graphics, strategies, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of ECOMFBA and is protected by copyright law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any course material
• You may not create derivative works based on our content
• You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Screen recording, downloading, or unauthorised sharing of videos is strictly prohibited

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

8. Earnings Disclaimer

ECOMFBA provides educational content based on the instructor’s real-world experience. However, results will vary significantly between individuals.

This course is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Building a successful Amazon FBA business requires time, dedication, and financial investment. We do not guarantee any specific income, profit, or business outcome.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using our platform and course materials, you agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or provide access to others
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any course content
• Use our content to create or sell a competing course
• Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent your identity
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other members of the private community
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with our website or platform
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECOMFBA and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course or any business decisions made based on course content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course. We are not responsible for any losses incurred from applying the strategies taught in the course, as results are dependent on individual circumstances.

11Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the course at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service.

In the event of termination due to a breach of these terms, no refund will be issued. If you wish to voluntarily cancel your access, please contact us, though refunds are subject to our refund policy above.

12Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
